All Service features, design, code, and trademarks are the property of Session Cast and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid DMCA takedown requests in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Infringement may result in account termination and notifying the appropriate authorities .

Session Cast employs end-to-end encryption for all video content. While we implement industry-standard security measures, you acknowledge that no internet transmission is completely secure and use the Service at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SESSION CAST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
IN NO EVENT SHALL SESSION CAST'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SESSION CAST DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Session Cast, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules. Arbitration shall take place in Wyoming, United States, except that:

Session Cast shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or interruptions in internet or telecommunications services.
You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and sanctions regulations. You may not use the Service if you are located in, or a national of, any country subject to U.S. embargo or trade sanctions, or if you are on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction, including to any successor or acquirer of our business.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Session Cast regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
